The one thing to get straight
08:00 and 13:00 are when the session begins at the safari base. They are not when a minibus arrives at your hotel. Your collection is earlier than your session, and how much earlier depends on your hotel's position on the transfer route and how the day is scheduled.
We could print a single time on this page and be wrong for most hotels. We would rather tell you the real one after you have booked, when we know which hotel we are coming to.
What is included
The transfer runs both ways and is in the price you see. There is no separate transfer fee, no pick-up surcharge, and no distance-based extra.
We collect from selected hotels and areas around Alanya. If you are unsure whether we reach yours, send us the hotel name on WhatsApp before you book and we will tell you straight.
What to do on the day
Be in your hotel lobby a few minutes before the time we confirmed, with your ID if you plan to drive. That is the whole preparation.
If anything changes on your side — a different hotel, a room change, a phone that stops working — message us. A transfer that cannot find you is the one failure mode this system has, and a message prevents it.
Getting back
The same transfer takes you back toward your hotel or meeting point after the safari. Dusty, and on the same road.
The return is part of the included transfer, so there is nothing to arrange and nothing to pay at the end of the day.
