What the form asks for, and why
Six things, none of them optional out of habit. The vehicle and session decide which departure you are on. The date has to be a real available day. The driver and passenger counts set the price. Your name and phone are how the team reaches you, and the hotel is how the transfer finds you.
Email is optional but worth giving: it is where the confirmation goes. A room number helps a driver at a large resort and nothing more.

Tomorrow is the earliest date
Same-day booking is not possible on this site, and the booking system refuses it rather than accepting it and disappointing you later. The earliest date the form will let you pick is tomorrow.
If you want to ride today, that is a WhatsApp conversation rather than a form. Message us and we will tell you honestly whether there is a place on today's afternoon session — sometimes there is, and sometimes there is not.
Paying
Nothing is charged on this website and no card details are collected here. Your reservation is recorded as pay-on-tour, which means you settle on the day, in euros, with the team.
There is no deposit, no booking fee and no service charge. The total the form shows you is the total.
Changing or cancelling
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. If you need to move a date, change a vehicle or add someone to the party, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will sort it out — that is faster than cancelling and rebooking, and it keeps your place.
If a booking has to be cancelled from our side, we tell you rather than leaving you in a lobby.
What happens after you send the form
You land on a confirmation page with your booking reference and a summary of what you booked. Keep that reference — it is what makes any later message about your booking a thirty-second conversation.
Then we confirm your exact hotel pickup time. That comes after booking, not on this website, because it depends on your hotel and your session.
